One thing that came as a surprise when I first arrived in the Land of Zion was Saturday, for two reasons: One, although all the other days of the week are called simply "First Day," "Second Day," etc., there is no "Seventh Day" - it's always and only called Shabbat (Sabbath - same letters slightly rearranged). Two, everywhere, even in strongholds of secularism and socialism like kibbutzim, Shabbat is literally "remembered and kept holy" as per the fourth of the Ten Commandments. Fridays are set aside for Shabbat preparations, Sundays are ordinary weekdays and workdays, and in the middle is the island in time called Shabbat. But that didn't work as a song title or lyric, so this song is called Saturday - still, the message is the same.
