Young men die in war. This is the way of the world. Back in 2014 we were engaged in yet another confrontation with Gaza. Reading the news, I was confronted by the fallen. Taking in the stories of these young men, I was reminded of the words of Abraham Lincoln. “…that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to the cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion --- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain…” R.S.
